Refunds/returns only for defects, damage, wrong item, or lost shipment. No returns for buyer’s remorse/size preference.

Each item is made to order. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong item/color.
We will make it right if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
How to request a replacement/refund
Forward your order email to support@regalpawworkshop.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the item (and packaging if damaged)
A brief description of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund—depending on the situation.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 3–10 business days).
Non-returnable items
Gift cards (if offered) and items not in original condition due to customer handling.
